a little about Me…

Alessandra Melo is a Creative Director with more than 15 years of experience shaping brands across nearly every category—from barbed wire to baby food. Her portfolio includes work for U.S. Bank, Slim-Fast, Cosmopolitan, AT&T, P&G, Outback, Pfizer, BOTOX®, Johnson & Johnson, and Nestlé, among others.

Known for her balance of strategic precision and visual storytelling, Alessandra has led multidisciplinary teams and managed partnerships across media, digital, social, and PR—collaborating across platforms to build cohesive, culturally relevant campaigns.

Born in the U.S. to Portuguese parents, raised in Brazil, and now based in Brooklyn, she holds triple citizenship (U.S., EU, Brazil) and speaks four languages: Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. She earned an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons, reflecting a long-standing curiosity about the evolving relationship between creativity and technology.

Alessandra works at the intersection of artistry and algorithms—using AI, behavioral insights, and data not to replace creativity, but to amplify it.

When she isn’t developing campaigns, she’s usually making something else—painting, designing jewelry, or reimagining interiors. She believes creativity doesn’t stop when the brief ends; it just finds a new outlet. In an industry obsessed with speed and scale, she’s more interested in what still makes people stop and feel.
