From there, the campaign wasn’t matching luggage. Each medium carried its own role.
In OLV, patient testimonials grounded the narrative, shifting it from metaphor to lived experience.
On TikTok, we leaned into the platform-native language of edutainment to turn awareness into action.
The “talking mask” became a symbol of coping—overused and worn down from pushing through chronic migraine. An uninvited accessory that interrupts everyday moments. With humor and honesty, it made the cost of waiting impossible to ignore—and pushed people to act.
