In a category driven by price and promotions, mattress retail had become purely transactional. But the bed is where we’re most ourselves—where we rest, reset, and come back to who we are. The experience didn’t reflect that.
So we redefined the store—from a place that sells brands to a brand that helps people find their home within the home—reframing the mattress not as where the day ends, but where you begin again.
